All my ID tests put the correct type on top. But I overlooked the real period and tried a period twice the correct value. With the wrong period there were several places for the crib. I tried the first possible crib position which by accident was the correct one and my hill-climber solved it quickly. When I solved for the keys I noticed a repeated value and realized the key was actually half as long as I had thought.
