Almost unknown 10-13-19

Here’s a randomly generated cipher that is NOT a numbered key cipher. I guessed the type by a process of elimination. I knew it was not a numbered key because I haven’t generated a numbered key cipher with a long enough key to include a cipher symbol in the 90’s. I solved it using my interactive solver and my hill-climber. I needed the crib to solve it. The book it was taken from was not the one I originally guessed.

  1. It continues PIXQIIRXVIEX. My Analyzer picked the correct type as #1, but I tried some other types first as I had autosolvers for some of them. I had to solve this one interactively with the help of the generous crib.
